Congratulations to all our winners over the five weeks of November.

The popular quiz night was back in November and the brains of the month went to Team Two Countries, represented by Jess & Venessa, David & Wendy. The quiz night has proven to be a popular event with teams of up to four people competing in the internationally focused, interactive, game show style night. Watch

La Resina has its first captain! Two candidates, both of whom have been a tremendous support since the beginning of the renovation project, were shortlisted; Willy Bloeman from Belgium and Peter Domeij from Sweden.  What better way to decide than a team match. 2-2 at lunch, 4-4 at full time, it took a sudden death

The Friday roll up competitions started again in September, congratulations to all the winners over the last two months.

October saw the beginning of the Friday evening social events at the club. Live music from the wonderful Aida, Bingo and Pub Quiz were all full capacity and a great success. Combined with the new Friday Tapas Menu, it offers a little change from the norm and some apres-golf entertainment. The first Pub Quiz champions

Congratulations to all winners of our Friday roll up competitions during May and June. The emphasis is fun, but it’s always nice to see your photo on the winners board.

In June we tried something a little different and held a spanish style flamenco night. A selection of tapas, wine and live flamenco show on the lake turned La Resina into an abundance of sound and colour. The band and dancers finished by coming inside the terrace and getting everyone dancing, clapping and tapping. Thanks

Many congratulations to all the winners from our Friday afternoon competitions during March and April. Sometimes it’s individual, sometimes pairs or teams, it’s all part of the Friday fun.

January and February have been a couple of quiet months for golf so we have put all the winners together. Congratualations to everybody and thank you to all participants. The Friday afternoon competitions are proving to be popular, not just for the golf but the social side too.

The lucky couples were treated to a VIP experience, sampling fine wines, the best cheeses Spain has to offer and a selection of erotic tapas, enough to put anyone in that romantic mood for the rest of the night. Congratulations to Peter and Iñaki who got lucky and received a bottle of wine to take
