Set deep in a valley amongst mature pine trees, hole 4 is a visual delight. During the recent renovations it was ploughed up and completely returfed. It’s position is a green keeper’s nightmare, but it’s beauty makes all the work worthwhile.
Pro Tip
Playing slightly downhill the safe area is anywhere short and to the right. Shots to the right will usually bounce back to the center provided you miss the two pines on the slope. Anything left leaves a complicated next from the bunkers or pine needles and underneath the trees. Like most greens at La Resina, there is a severe slope from back to front so always look to stay below the flag.
