Named after its numerous Olive trees lining the fairway, hole 1 is a visual delight as it winds its way up into the hills and away from the clubhouse. Being the longest on the card and uphill it takes two shots for most to reach.
Pro Tip
Hole 1 plays much further than its distance suggests. Any shot landing short of the green is likely to stop there and leave a tricky pitch up to a two-tiered green. There is a generous slope to the back and right to break long shots, so be bold but watch out for the bunker lurking.
